Learn to knit beautiful socks from the toe up with Samira Hill! In this workshop, participants will learn all the techniques required to knit a beautiful pair of socks, using either double pointed needles or the Magic Loop technique, as well as the advantages of using the toe-up method.

Participants will learn the benefits of the toe up technique, how to cast on for a beautiful seamless toe, how to shape the toe using symmetrical shaping, how to work a heel flap, the heel stitch, turning a heel, the gusset section, and how to work a stretchy cast off at the cuff, all whilst working on a minisock. All the skills required to knit the full-size socks pattern provided will be covered in the workshop. Participants can choose to use either double pointed needles, or the Magic Loop method, as both methods will be demonstrated.
