Arrival info for everyone coming to The Gathering!

Queues - they're inevitable! Lovely Summerhall staff will be doing their best to manage early queues on Friday and Saturday mornings, but to help, if you have a KICKSTARTER ticket,  please queue at the main entrance. Those with tickets bought directly from SUMMERHALL or ACCESS needs, please make your way to the vehicle entrance on Summerhall Square (first left after Summerhall main entrance).

Those with CLASSES BEGINNING EARLY - just let Queue Managers know and they'll help you!

Wellbeing and Accessibility has been a central part of planning for TWGG - the last 2 hours of each day of The Gathering we are inviting everyone to have as a MASKED session in the marketplaces. This will support immunocompromised visitors who may want to come at a quieter time, knowing that the majority of other attendees , vendors and organisers are masked too. If you can, we'd love it if you can support us in this!

If you’ve got pals coming who haven’t yet got tickets, Summerhall Box Office presales have now sold out (woo!). If safe capacity allows, we'll be selling on-the-door tickets from 2pm on Friday and 12 pm on Saturday. There will also be a cheaper on-the-door ticket for the final two hours of each day (4pm Friday / 2pm Saturday) which coincides with our 'MASKS INVITED' marketplace sessions.
