2027 Applications
Who can apply?
Anyone who would like to be a vendor at The Woolly Good Gathering can apply. There is also an Expression of Interest form for those offering talks and workshops, although we may also approach tutors and speakers directly.
You will be asked to select an application strand during the process, and you may select more than one of these strands:
Vendor
Vendor collaboration of 2 or more vendors that you are organising (eg. Shetland Collab 2024 included jumper boards and wooden tools, handmade soap and 2 croft based wool producers)
Pop Up Vendor (with full or half day option)
Deadlines and important dates
The applications will close on Friday 2nd October 2026 at 5pm.
We will notify applicants whether they are successful or not via email.
Successful applicants will need to confirm their acceptance within 14 days of receiving their invitation email.
The Woolly Good Gathering will be happening on Friday 2 April 2027 10-5pm & Saturday 3 April 2027 10am-4pm.
